I’m still working on improving my skills as a producer. At the moment, I’ve kind of just been following everyone else and their approaches to producer tasks, such as budgeting. Which, really, has not been ideal. Rather than setting a ‘budget’, we’ve just been having to split across the costs. This obviously isn’t student-friendly, so in the future, I will definitely not be following this approach any longer.
